How do credits work?

Live guidance on your phone is free. AI features use credits: shot ideas for a new scene or reference photo cost 2, AI pose tips for a new pose cost 1 (more shots of the same pose are free), and an AI preview image costs 15. New users get free starter credits. Credits never expire.

I bought credits but my balance didn't change.

Make sure you're online and reopen the app; purchases that didn't reach our server are sent again automatically. If it still doesn't show up, email us your purchase date and the order ID from Apple's receipt email.

How do I keep my credits on a new phone?

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.

How do I delete my data?

In the app, open Settings → Account and tap "Delete My Data" (or "Delete Account" if you signed in with Apple). See the privacy policy for details.
